HI THERE, I'M THAO-VY! :)

I am a Vietnamese-American illustrator and multimedia artist based in Orange County, California. I graduated with a BFA in Illustration/Pre-Production at California State University, Long Beach. I am passionate about visual storytelling through various mediums, collaborating alongside small businesses, and connecting with people in my community. I enjoy incorporating textures, vivid colors, and intricate details into my illustrations. I draw inspiration from my Vietnamese culture, nature, and cute things. 

In my free time, you can find me reading horror/sci-fi books, learning new power tools, watching anime and TV shows, and managing my small business. ​​​​​​​

First ABC Project is letter A, Alli’s Apples! 🍎 I got commissioned by an alligator to create an apple brand for her business. Made some small (not very sustainable) packaging but it does the trick 😅 Today marks my first day of grad school!
